Date of birth certificate issued by the register of birth and deaths, wherever existing, as
proof of date of birth.
The school leaving certificate /transfer certificate signed by the head of the institution last
attended and counter signed.
Age limits (minimum and maximum) as determined by the state /U.T. government and applicable to
the place where the school is located
Need to pass qualifying or equivalent examination conducted by the school, making him /her
eligible for admission to the class.
Admission to class-IX in a school shall be open only to such a student who has passed class-VIII
examination , from an institution affiliated to his board or to any recognized board or is
recognized by the education department of the government of the State/U.T. in which such an
institution is located .
Learners would require submitting 4 stamp sized photographs and 4 passport sized photographs
Parents need to submit the id proofs and 2 passport sized photographs each.
Local guardian’s details must be submitted at the time of admission. (if needed)
